Join us for havan, mantra, meditation, silence and contemplation every Saturday and Sunday from 11am at Aranyaka (located at Mangrove Mountain).
This is a recurring program, a time for coming together and directing our attention towards the upliftment of all beings through peaceful thoughts, vibrations, intentions and sadhana. This is collectively known as sankalpa shakti, which means to purify and develop the powerful force within us, so that we can make positive contributions to the greater good of all through the subtle spheres.
This sadhana is a special time to awaken the yogic fire, deepen the study and extend inner silence.
This program is held at Aranyaka, a unique and simple forest location at Mangrove Mountain, free from all forms of pollution. It is built and maintained in the spirit of pure yoga in harmony with nature. Read more about Aranyaka space here.
