Meditation Sadhana

A regular program for yoga teachers and long-term yoga students to systematically learn and develop the higher yogic meditation practices of Dharana and explore the state of spontaneous Dhyana.
This is an opportunity to come together with like-minded souls to delve deeper into more advanced meditation stage-by-stage, as outlined by the ancient seers and rishis. It's also a sadhana program which aims to awaken a broader inner vision, inspiring a deeper exploration of the 'Self'. As such, we encourage regular participation to continue the systematic development and sadhana month by month (as much as possible). Read more about the program here.
