A regular program for yoga teachers and long-term yoga students to systematically learn and develop the higher yogic meditation practices of Dharana and explore the state of spontaneous Dhyana.
This is an opportunity to come together with like-minded souls to delve deeper into more advanced meditation stage-by-stage, as outlined by the ancient seers and rishis. It's also a sadhana program which aims to awaken a broader inner vision, inspiring a deeper exploration of the 'Self'. As such, we encourage regular participation to continue the systematic development and sadhana month by month (as much as possible).
The meditations explored in this ongoing sadhana are Tantra-based – they have been realised through yogic perception, and reflect the spirit of profound Upanishadic thought. Over the course of the year, these monthly Sunday sessions will include selected meditations from: Dharana Darshan, Kundalini Tantra, Tattwa Shuddhi, Prana Vidya (and similar collections), as originally developed by Swami Satyananda and taught for many years by master teacher Swami Satyadharma Saraswati.
The day includes:
Join us at Aranyaka, a unique and secluded forest location at Mangrove Creek, free from all forms of pollution, built and maintained in the spirit of pure yoga in harmony with nature.
